The App is currently published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by Bizdateup Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72900MH2022PTC379408) on behalf of Bizdateup Network Private Limited, pending activation of the DUNS number for Bizdateup Network Private Limited.
All legal rights, obligations, liabilities, and responsibilities under these policies remain exclusively with Bizdateup Network Private Limited. Bizdateup Technologies Private Limited has no independent legal obligations to Users under these policies.
